Lauren Davis, Principal
Lauren Davis is a top-producing agent and trusted advisor serving the established and in-demand communities of Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Edgemoor, and Upper Northwest DC. Known for her deep local knowledge, calm presence, and straightforward guidance, Lauren brings equal parts strategy and care to every transaction.
A longtime Bethesda resident and active community supporter, Lauren lives where she works. Her clients often come through personal referrals, and many have become lasting friendships. She has built her business by focusing on relationships, not volume, and by consistently delivering smart outcomes in a competitive, fast-moving market.
Lauren co-founded the original Davis Team with her mother, Sherry Davis, in 2002, and later rebranded the group under her own name. She has been recognized by Washingtonian and REAL Trends among the region’s top real estate professionals.
Outside of real estate, Lauren is a proud mom, a former competitive swimmer, and an avid tennis player. She lives in Bethesda with her husband, daughter, and a very handsome black lab. She supports local schools, libraries, and community organizations, and is a consistent sponsor of area events including the Edgemoor 5K and the BCC Back-to-School Classic.
She earned her BA in Economics and Communications from Denison University.

Corrina McGlone,

Prior to joining The Lauren Davis Team, Corrina enjoyed a professional career in the not-for-profit and international education sectors that included positions within George Washington University and The Nature Conservancy. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and a Master’s degree from the University of Denver. Her passion for international culture and education led her to Brazil where she immersed herself in their culture and learned Portuguese. She also spent time in Madrid, Spain where she lived and taught English. The multi-cultural qualities of Washington D.C. ultimately drew Corrina to this magnificent area.
Corrina is thrilled to be an active and contributing member of the much-admired Lauren Davis Team and is focused on marketing and sales execution.

Ally Orndorff,
Operations Manager
Ally Orndorff serves as Operations Manager with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and execution. Her dedication to client service ensures every step of the buying and selling process is handled with precision and care.
Ally has excelled in roles that require precision, consistency, and problem-solving. Prior to joining the Lauren Davis Team, she worked with several realtors across the DMV area, experience that strengthened her operational expertise and deepened her understanding of the local real estate landscape.
Ally oversees operational processes for buyers and sellers. Her approach emphasizes clear communication, strong systems, and dependable support for both the team and clients.
A lifelong Washingtonian, Ally grew up in Kensington and has deep roots in the local community. Her familiarity with the region brings valuable insight and perspective to her work, along with a genuine appreciation for the neighborhoods and people she serves.
She earned her degree in Communications and Hospitality Management from the College of Charleston.
